1. Parking Charges

Hourly Rates

• Weekday Hourly: £4.60 per hour.
• Weekend Hourly: £4.80 per hour.

Day Passes

• Weekday Day Pass: £20.00 (valid 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday–Friday).
• Weekend Day Pass: £22.00 (valid 8:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday–Sunday).

Multi-Day Passes

• Weekday 24 Hours: £30.00 | 48 Hours: £60.00 | 72 Hours: £90.00.
• Weekend 24 Hours: £34.00 | 48 Hours: £68.00 | 72 Hours: £102.00.

Special Rates

• Early Bird: £12.00 — arrive between 5:00am and 9:00am (weekdays only), exit by 6:00pm.
• Night Owl: £12.00 — from 6:00pm to 8:00am the following day.
• Monthly Pass: £250.00.

All payments must be made via the Brighton City Car Park payment app at the start of your parking session.

2. Conditions of Parking

• Parking is at your own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or contents, however caused.
• You must pay for parking immediately on arrival and ensure your vehicle registration is entered correctly in the app.
• Vehicles must be parked wholly within marked bays and not obstruct access ways, other vehicles, or pedestrian routes.
• No overnight camping, sleeping, or trading from vehicles is permitted.

3. Enforcement and Parking Charge Notices

• Failure to pay the correct parking fee, overstaying your paid period, or breaching these terms may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.
• The Parking Charge is £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of issue.
• The registered keeper of the vehicle may be held liable for unpaid charges under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4).
• Non-payment may result in recovery action and additional costs.

4. Management Rights

• The management reserves the right to request the removal of any vehicle deemed abandoned or causing obstruction.
• Vehicles left without valid payment may be immobilised or removed at the owner's expense.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Current rates and conditions are displayed on-site and within the payment app.
